At Metal Spinning Targets, Inc., our customers are #1. Since we value our own privacy, we extend that to you as well. Because of this, we will not sell or share our customer information with anyone. We collect email information from those who place orders and/or those who wish to receive email from us(we do not send unsolicited email). We only save shipping and billing information if you have saved this information as part of your Customer Profile. Any information that is collected via "trails"(the trail you leave as you travel through our site) is only reviewed internally and then discarded. Your trust is important to us and we will not do anything to violate that trust.

Shipping

AK and HI- Orders shipped via UPS Air Freight or USPS. Customer's choice.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use street address, if possible.
All in stock orders ship within 2 business days. Most others ship within 2 weeks of date order is received. Shipping quotes available upon request by phone (585)768-7260, FAX (585)768-7260 or email, dkmstc@geneseeit.com. Average cost is .35/pound east of the Mississippi and .65/pound west of the Mississippi. Shipping costs are calculated per ACTUAL weight of product shipped.

Returns

At Metal Spinning Targets, Inc., we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is as follows:

Metal Spinning Targets, Inc. will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues. Upon inspection, the product will be replaced or refunded accordingly.
Metal Spinning Targets, Inc. will pay all costs of repair should customer decide to accept that responsibility. This, also, subject to inspection of the product.
Customer is responsible for contacting Metal Spinning Targets, Inc. BEFORE returns are shipped for inspection.
All freight and handling charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer unless product is found to be defective.
